The roles are ideal for students aspiring to follow a career in the third sector, or for those seeking event management experience, or just looking to boost their work experience. We are looking for students who can commit to volunteering half a day a week from October 2013 to June 2014. The roles will be advertised in Week 2 and the deadline for applications is Friday Week 4.

4. Student survey – rename the Interactive Careers Service and Employability Tutorial           All students have access to thousands of jobs, opportunities, events and Careers appointments through a personalised account within the Interactive Careers Service. Similarly through Yorkshare VLE we offer our sector-leading Employability Tutorial to help you identify your skills, research career opportunities and prepare for your future. We’re aware that not all students know about and engage with these resources and we aim to re-launch each under a new name in the Autumn Term.

We need your help to come up with a name for each that inspires all students to get involved. Please complete our Survey to let us know what you think of current suggestions and add your own into the mix.
